■ Where can I find the recycling drop-off locations nearest to me?
You can find the Kalispel drop-off location on Pow Wow Park by the Drop box center dumpsters. Right by HeadQuarters 1981 LeClerc Road North Cusick, Washington 99119, or contact Warren at (509) 671 -5366.
■ Are there specific hours of operation for recycling drop-off locations?
Yes, the drop-off hours at our Kalispel tribe location are Monday - Friday from 9am-4-30pm.
■ What do I do with items like light bulbs or batteries?
Household Hazardous waste is collected by Pend Oreille County. The county also offers recycling of paper, corrugated cardboard and metal at no charge. They do accept freezers, refrigerators, and a/c units free of charge. They accept TV's, computers, laptops, and computer monitors free of charge.

■ What should I do with old electronics, such as computers or smartphones?
We are not collecting E-Waste at this time. We can make deliveries of big quantities for the tribe to recyclers in Spokane. Pend Oreille County also accepts TV's, computers, laptops, and computer monitors free of charge.
■ What should I do with materials that aren't accepted at the drop-off?
Non-accepted materials, including hazardous waste and large appliances, should be properly disposed of or recycled at designated facilities. For disposal options, contact your local City or County Websites. Spokane Waste to Energy. 2900 S Geiger Blvd, Spokane, WA 99208. Can incinerate Medical waste or private waste. Household Hazardous waste is accepted at Pend Oreille Country transfer stations up to 5 gallons per household per trip.
