You can find the nearest drop off location at any local transfer station in Keller, Inchelium, Nespelem, Desautel or contact Steven at (509) 634-1646.
Are there specific hours of operation for recycling drop-off locations?
Yes, the drop off hours at the recycling site are 12 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday (Temporary hours) and the hours for the transfer stations are 9am-5pm, Wednesday through Sunday.
What do I do with items like light bulbs or batteries?
Light bulbs and batteries are classified as hazardous waste and should not be disposed of in regular recycling but should be brought to the local landfills like Okanogan county.
What should I do with old electronics, such as computers or smartphones?
There is no storage room for electronics and computers at this time and should also be brought to your local landfills like Okanogan County.
What should I do with materials that aren't accepted at the drop-off?
You should bring all non-accepted items to either the local transfer stations or landfills.
